How to making wine – Developing your own wine is a dream for any lover of this drink, dream that can be accomplished with a little skill, some practice and some motivation.

Depending on the type of wine you want to produce you will have to choose the grapes and the best way to “juice them out”

There are many wine lovers who want to launch and produce their own wine, today, I propose to make homemade wine to encourage them to produce it.

To do this you need some basic things that are not as hard to find or replace. We begin to see the process:

First you get the grapes, then proceeds to crushing the grapes that can be steping on them, as it used to be previously, or a grinder.

The result of the grinding is placed in an open metal container in which fermentation occurs, you must take care that the temperature does not exceed 30 º C in red and 18-20 º C in whites.

The fermentation time is about 3 to 4 days per 200 liters of wine. How to making wine

The next step is to separate the juice from the marc (solid waste), pouring the liquid in closed containers such as carboys, the ideal would be, aged in oak barrels, but that can not always happen …

To extract the juice you can use a little hose.

Once you have the juice, and even removed all the juice possible from the marc, is made the macerating of the juice; should be about 30 days in a cool and constant temperature.

Then proceed to transfer, process where the separation of the solid active parts during the fermentation of the liquid portions. You can do the same process of the hose.

The solid waste must be disposed, and the liquid stand for another 30 days in a container, jug or bottle sealed with cork.

Here is a guide so you can appreciate the process and begin to produce your own wines, then tell me how it goes. How to making wine
